MDSLP began working with The Swag beginning in 2019, guiding a comprehensive, property-wide transformation completed in 2024 with additional improvements ongoing. The multi-phase effort included a full renovation of all guest rooms and supporting infrastructure, the addition of a new bar, pool, pickleball courts, exercise facility, wine cellar, and The Still—a full-service spa. Through thoughtful planning, phased execution, and close coordination across disciplines, MDSLP helped elevate The Swag’s guest experience and operational capacity, culminating in its recognition as a Relais & Châteaux property.
