MDSLP became the owner’s representative for Twin Farms in 2021 and worked with the owner’s and operators to completed a comprehensive master plan that unlocked the next phase of the resort’s potential. Our work guided the planning and execution of a second dining room, eight luxury treehouses, an intimate Chef’s Table experience, and a new spa—each thoughtfully designed to elevate the guest experience while preserving the warmth, character, and legacy that define Twin Farms. These enhancements reinforce Twin Farms’ reputation as Vermont’s premier luxury retreat while supporting intentional, long-term growth aligned with its vision.
